01 · For homes, not showrooms

We design for the way you use the yard.

Most landscape plans fail because they're drawn for a photograph, not a family. Kids want a lawn to destroy. Dogs want a corner that stays wet. Somebody in the house wants to drink coffee outside in February without freezing.

Before we draw a single line, we ask who uses the space, at what time of day, in what season. A yard for a young family looks nothing like a yard for a retired couple — even on the same lot. Our job is to make yours work for the people living in it.

02 · What's included

Every service your yard needs, in one place.

We run six disciplines in-house. You don't have to schedule a landscaper, then a mason, then an irrigation tech, then a mowing crew. One project lead, one schedule, one warranty.

  • Landscape design — scaled plan with plant schedule
  • Hardscape — patios, walls, walkways, fire features
  • Irrigation — drip, spray, smart controllers, permits
  • Planting — trees, shrubs, native perennials, seasonal color
  • Drainage — grading, French drains, dry creek beds
  • Lighting — low-voltage path, tree, and accent lighting
  • Lawn installation — sod, seed, and soil amendment
  • Ongoing care — mowing, pruning, fertilization, cleanups

04 · What homeowners say
They redid our entire backyard — terrace, retaining wall, plantings, lighting. Three months later it still looks like the day they finished.

06 · Common questions

Things homeowners ask us.

Straight answers to the questions that come up most. If yours isn't here, call the studio — we'll tell you exactly what we know.

How much does a residential project typically cost?
A planting-bed refresh with new irrigation and mulch runs $4,000–$12,000. A full-yard design-and-build with hardscape, planting, and lighting typically lands between $35,000 and $120,000 depending on scope. After the free site survey we come back with a fixed number, not a range.
How long will my yard be torn up?
Installations run 3–5 days for a planting and irrigation refresh, up to 10–16 weeks for a full-property build with hardscape and pool surround. We give you a week-by-week schedule with the contract, and the site is cleaned every evening.
Will the plants survive a Texas summer?
Yes — because we use species that evolved here. Big Muhly, Texas Sage, Mexican Buckeye, Eve's Necklace, live oak, agave, and sotol all handle August without supplemental water once established. The first year requires some irrigation to help them root; after that they're on their own.
Do you handle HOA approval?
We do. We prepare the plan set, material samples, and letter of intent that most HOAs require, and we've worked with nearly every master-planned community in Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties. If there's a specific architectural review standard, send it over and we'll build to it.
Can we do the work in phases?
Plenty of clients do. You might start with a design, install the front yard this spring, and add hardscape and lighting the following year. We keep the master plan on file and pick up wherever you left off. There's no discount for bundling everything at once unless you want one mobilization.
What if I already have a landscaper I like?
No problem. We work alongside existing maintenance crews all the time — we handle the design and installation, they keep mowing and trimming. Or if you'd rather consolidate, our maintenance side can take over. Either way works.

A site survey costs nothing and takes about an hour. We'll listen first, then come back to you with a written plan, a plant list, and a fixed number.
