You'll run installation projects from start to finish — reading plans, directing a crew of two to four, coordinating material deliveries, and being the client's single point of contact on-site. This is the role that our best installers graduate into after three to five years.

What we look for: at least five years of landscape installation experience, two of those leading a crew. Comfortable reading scaled plans and spec sheets. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record. Spanish fluency is a plus, not a requirement.

You'll meet with clients, walk properties, draw scaled plans by hand or in CAD, and coordinate with our installation foremen to make sure the design builds the way it was intended. Residential focus with occasional commercial master planning work.

What we look for: a portfolio that shows range — at least three completed residential landscape projects. Native plant knowledge is essential; we'll quiz you on it. Drafting skills in AutoCAD or Vectorworks, and hand-sketching ability is strongly preferred.

You'll set limestone and paver work — retaining walls, patios, steps, fire features, and outdoor kitchens. This is a specialty role; our masons set every hardscape element in-house rather than subcontracting it. Precision matters more than speed.

What we look for: at least four years setting natural stone or pavers, with demonstrable experience on walls over four feet tall. Comfortable with cutting tools, chisels, and mortar work. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

You'll design, install, and service irrigation systems — drip zones, spray systems, smart controllers, and backflow assemblies. Licensed TCEQ irrigators are hard to find and we treat ours accordingly. This role includes system audits, seasonal programming, and emergency leak response.

What we look for: active TCEQ Irrigator License, at least two years of field experience, and comfort with both new installs and service calls. We'll help you pursue the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester certification if you don't have it.

You'll run a weekly maintenance route — mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, and keeping beds clean for a set of residential and commercial clients on the same day each week. Same route, same clients, same crew. This is a stable, repeatable role.

What we look for: at least one year of mowing or grounds care experience. Comfortable operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers. We train on equipment we own — no need to bring your own.

You'll be the operational heart of the studio — scheduling visits, coordinating material deliveries, managing permit filings, keeping client communication on track, and generally making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Rachel, who currently holds this role, is training her replacement as she moves into a new position.

What we look for: at least two years in an administrative or operations role, ideally in construction, trades, or design. Comfortable with spreadsheets, project management tools, and phone-based client communication. Detail-obsessed.
