What happens next

Confirmation call

Within one business day, we call to lock in the exact time window for your survey. If you picked a date we can't cover, we'll propose the nearest alternative.

Site survey

A designer and foreman walk the property with you. 45–60 minutes. We measure, photograph, and note grade, sun, drainage, and existing plantings.

Written plan & quote

Within five business days you receive a scaled plan, plant schedule, material samples, and a fixed-price estimate. No "starting at" ranges.

Your call

Take your time. We don't chase. If you want to move forward, we schedule the build. If you don't, the plan is yours to keep.

What to have ready

You don't need much for the survey — just be ready to talk about how you use the yard, what's not working, and any budget range you have in mind. If you have existing plans, HOA guidelines, or inspiration photos, bring them along.

Before your survey

Questions worth knowing.

Three things clients ask us most before a scheduled site visit. Everything else is in the full FAQ.

What if the weather is bad on my appointment day?
We monitor forecast daily. If it's a light drizzle, we'll survey as scheduled — good to see how the site drains anyway. If it's a hard storm, we'll call the morning of and reschedule to the next available slot. No charge, no penalty, no problem.
Do I need to be present for the survey?
Ideally yes — the survey is where we learn how you actually use the yard, and that informs the design. If you can't be there, we can still walk the property and send you the plan afterward, but expect a follow-up call to fill in the gaps. If you have a spouse, partner, or family member who will use the space, try to have them there too.
How long after the survey do I get a quote?
Five business days for residential projects, seven to ten for estate or commercial. The quote arrives as a PDF with the scaled plan, plant schedule, material samples, and a fixed-price estimate. If you need it faster than that — say, for a hard deadline — tell us at the survey and we'll prioritize.
